YOUR SAFETY IS IMPORTANT TO US
With electric fencing and barbed wire we kept on doing what we could to ensure your safety (and will keep on doing so). All you need to do is to ensure that you keep the gates locked.

You have unlimited Fibre WiFi subject to the service provider’s Fair Use Policy. Yes, we have upgraded to Fibre at 150 MB/s! Few student houses offers this speed.
FREE ELECTRICITY
Every Student is allocated an electricity token at the beginning of each month. The total amount of electricity for all students far exceeds the average usage of a household.
, NSFAS pays rent directly to students, typically in April/May. So, we need a family member/sponsor to sign surety for your accommodation. If UFS changes this policy, and pay us directly, we will adapt accordingly.
FULLY FURNISHED
We provide you with a bed, desk & chair, curtains, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine and lockable cupboards.
You bring your bedding, pots, cutlery, kettle, and a 2-plate stove.
CLEANING SERVICES
We have a cleaner and gardener three times a week to clean the general area of the residence. For hygienic reasons, and for being a pride student, we expect from you to wash your own dishes.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES ON THE PREMISES
There are three washing machines on the premises which allows you to wash your clothes whenever you need to without you having to find the time to go to laundromat.
