Campus Life Fact Sheet

RIGHT TO LIMITED USE AND SELL.

Seller grants Campus Life the right to sell the Product. Campus Life is likewise granted the right to display and sell the Merchandise in a way Campus Life finds it deemed best for said merchandise to possibly be sold, but nonetheless in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement

CREDIT SALE.

Campus Life does not recommend a sale on credit term by Seller to any party.

COMISSION FEE.

Campus Life shall be entitled to a 10 percent (10%) of the full purchase price of each Merchandise

sold.

PAYMENT DELIVERY.

Campus Life shall deliver the number of sales, less the Commission Fee, of the Merchandise sold

on every 25th day of every month.

FORTUITOUS EVENT.

No Party shall be held liable in case of a fortuitous event and by which parties are not at fault, or by acts of God which parties could not have reasonably foreseen or foreseen but could have been avoided.

INSURANCE.

Seller shall maintain insurance coverage that shall be sufficient to compensate the third party in the event of fire, damage, robbery, theft, or otherwise.

DELIVERY EXPENSES.

Seller shall bear the cost of shipping expenses for the delivery of the Merchandise as Campus Life does not hold any merchandise on behalf of seller.

Delivery processing time

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, all orders must be processed within 3-5 business days and delivery confirmed by way Email and/or Phone. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

If you are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, customers must be contacted by you via email or telephone.

Delivery rates & delivery estimates.

Delivery charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This can be amended to suit your seller. Please contact the Campus Life team for such amendments on

Delivery addresses

Our website Delivers to addresses within the Republic of South Africa.

Delivery confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a delivery Confirmation email once your order has been delivered containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us of such delivery / collection by logging a return on orders@campuslife.co.za.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Delivery Policy

We currently do not deliver outside the Republic of South Africa
