Professional Property & Maintenance Management Services
Managing and applying of NSFAS Accreditation process as per UJ Policy, including OHS, Security, and POSA inspections.
Carefully selecting, sourcing, and placing current and possible new tenants
Managing and signing Lease Agreements and Invoices
Assisting tenants in uploading their documents onto the relevant portals (eg: U-link)
Rent collections and arrears (NSFAS, Cash, and Bursary)
Updating of tenants rent history on the JZT Software integrated with TPN Credit Bureau
General day to day administration and communication
Managing of prepaid electricity and water where applicable
Digital Marketing and Campaigns
Implementing and Managing of House Committees
Planning events and entertainment for tenants (eg: Movie nights, Game nights, Sporting events, Spring bashes, welcoming events, and year-end functions)
Weekly Property & Maintenance Management Reports
Monthly property and room inspections including pictures and checklist.
Overseeing of staff where applicable (Eg: Gardening, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Security)
Making Recommendations on repairs and Maintenance that require long-term financial planning and project management.
Requesting and submitting quotations for maintenance stock or materials where needed
Overseeing appointed and preferred contractors from time to time
