Rocking The Daisies

Rocking The Daisies

I know you’re all feeling a little bit of Post-Oppi depression (it’s a real thing!). Your colds have all healed, your voices have returned, the dust has been soaked out of your clothes and your hearing has returned. Now what?

The good news is that the music festivals still aren’t over! You have loads to still look forward to!

Rocking The Daisies

Rocking The Daisies is coming up between the 2nd and 5th of October in the gorgeous Cloof Wine Estate in Darling. With sell out events in their previous years Rocking the Daisies is back on the social calendar! The headline acts for this year’s awesome weekend include American indie rock act MGMT, UK drum & bass electro funk group Rudimental and the British alternative dance band Crystal Fighters and some of our own locals; Shortstraw and Jeremy Loops! If you’re not convinced to pack away your dusty Oppikoppi mourning tissues now- then you probably can’t be saved!

This year there are expected to be five stages each offering a diverse line-up of great music to suit everyone’s tastes! There will also be a place to get Gourmet Food and Trader’s Markets around- so start saving! You know that you’ll probably want to get hold of a few giant pairs of sunglasses when you get there!

This year there is also the exciting option of the ladies-only Daisy Den is back to keep all you champagne hippies fresh and pampered with first-rate ablution facilities (think HOT showers, hairdryers and GHDs): Um. I’m sorry. (Furiously books my own ticket!)
